Theydons were very helpful
Theydons were very helpful and supportive during the sale of our flat. They were very good at communicating and gave us plenty of notice when potential buyers were coming to see the flat. If there were questions or queries throughout the process, James Ball and other colleagues were on hand to hep us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Theydons to anybody who is contemplating selling or buying a property.

I found all the staff at
I found all the staff at Theydons polite, professional and hard working. Despite lots of ups and downs throughout the selling process James and team maintained cheerful and positive attitude.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service and overall experience! I found Theydons, and specificallyJames Ball to be very pleasant to work with and everything was done up to a high standard. They were very focused on finding the right place for me, and were responding promptly to my (many!) queries before, during and after the purchase and provided ongoing support. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future! All the best!

From the first time I
From the first time I contacted Theydons I have always dealt with James. He knows exactly what's going on and is always professional and helpful. He kept me fully updated through this very stressful time. I had been looking for over a year. I have dealt with many larger estate agents and have never been happy with their service. Theydons are definitely a cut above them all. I would definitely recommend them to anybody wanting to purchase or sell a property.

Theydons in South Woodford
Theydons in South Woodford recently sold my flat. There were quite a few difficulties created by people of which neither of us had any control. But during the whole process I found them to be patient professional and extremely helpful.

As first time buyers, we
As first time buyers, we really appreciated how patient James was in answering our questions and keeping us informed about the progress of our house purchase at every stage. It was a long process (due to delays higher up the chain, out of our seller's control) so it was reassuring for us to be able to speak to James regularly. He has been a pleasure to deal with at all times and I would have no hesitation in recommending him highly.

Extremely happy with the
Extremely happy with the service received from all the staff at Theydons. Honest in their appraisal and not pushy or salesman like in their approach which made me feel comfortable with choosing them as my agent. The staff are all very friendly and professional with excellent communication, and they gave good, well intended advise throughout the sale process. I feel the personal service they offer sets them apart and they managed to sell the property for far more than expected.
