It is a shame that you felt unhappy with our service as you were a good tenant throughout your time with Belvoir. We would like to note that all fees that are incurred during your tenancy are indicated at the beginning of application and in the tenancy agreement, unfortunately the figures you have quoted are not correct. With reference to the claims that were made from your deposit, regrettably this was due to the apartment not having been handed back to us as it was given to you – which we supplied you with photo evidence of after your final inspection.
