Good agency but most of the time they cancel viewing

I have been wanting my heater fixed for coming up to 2.5 months now. My baby’s room is freezing and it is winter and nobody at Belvoir seems to want to do anything to get the job done. I don’t know if it’s their contractors that can’t be bothered but there Seems to be no urgency to want to get anything done. Every time I’ve been told I will get a call back I never do and I find myself calling everyday. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided. Since I put up my review I was called swiftly and my problem was resolved

Bad attitude

Can't help but feel they fleased us when we left our tenancy. We had to pay for damage that was already there or through things that was wear and tear, not to mention they charge a lot of money for simple cheap things like cleaning... Glad I'm not renting again, and glad it's not with Belvoir.
