I have been with this letting agent for 5 years . Very prompt response and immediate action of work . No doubt about it.

Belvoir only did the tenant finding part of my letting, I contacted the landlord directly after that. The process was fine but staff didn't seem amazingly 'can-do' when I needed to print a copy of a bank statement. If I hadn't argued for them to let me print it from their office it'd have held up the process for a few days unnecessarily.

We used Belvoir to rent a professional property this year. The agency is helpful and has very willing employees. Prompt in arranging everything for us, albeit with a longer than average application process (& thourough). Overall I am continuing to be happy with their services and will definitely use them in future.
