She made the whole process feel welcoming right from the start. After that, Lucy supported me through the move‑in and was always quick to help resolve any issues I had. I really appreciated how responsive she was and how smoothly she helped get everything sorted. Both Rebecca and Lucy have been wonderful to deal with, and I’m genuinely grateful for all their help in making the move‑in process so much easier.

With all the changes to letting a property with the Renters Reform Bill and various other things to contend with, Sue has been instrumental in helping me navigate this process in a professional and timely manner. I've worked with Sue for over 5 years and nothing is too much trouble. Most recently I've had trouble with an energy company overcharging me for a void period and Sue helped me resolve this and also provided me with all the evidence I required to successfully challenge the energy company.
