Delighted with my experience here! Kate sold my flat for me in 6 weeks during what seems like a particularly difficult time to sell flats. She took beautiful pictures and sold it to anyone who viewed it without being pushy. She was with me every step of the way, budging solicitors, checking in on sale progress, and making sure the buyer was informed too. On one occasion she worked with another estate agent company to ensure a complicated building insurance issue was solved so that I could sell. I’ve already recommended Martin & Co to two friends/family and will be recommending it to more.

Ellie has been excellent throughout my application process. When it came to viewing, she sent me all the viewing appointment details view email, called a few hours before the scheduled appointment to remind me, showed up on time. During the viewing she answered all my questions, asked me questions about my preference etc. Ellie has been very good at holding my hand throughout this process!

Old timer renter

As anew renter I was very ably assisted by a knowledgeable and professional kind agent who stepped with me through the entire renting process with ease answering any questions and dealing with any issues I had.
