Super easy and friendly experience
I’d like to share my experience after moving into my flat. Rebecca was the first person I met at the viewing, and she was very friendly, informative, and genuinely personable. She made the whole process feel welcoming right from the start. After that, Lucy supported me through the move‑in and was always quick to help resolve any issues I had. I really appreciated how responsive she was and how smoothly she helped get everything sorted. Both Rebecca and Lucy have been wonderful to deal with, and I’m genuinely grateful for all their help in making the move‑in process so much easier.
