Agent Rebecca Simmons is such a kind soul. So helpful and knowledgeable.
I have used Martin & Co (Leeds) for over 10 years, both as a rental agent for a BTL property as well as a selling agent for my residential property. During this time, I can only say that the service I have received has always been absolutely first rate. Sue Wilson has been my point of contact, and during our long association, her diligence and expertise in managing the property has proven to be invaluable. She has been able to provide sound advice whilst acting on my behalf and has always worked consistently and at times tenacioualy to receive the most favourable outcome. I therefore have no reservations in recommending the services of Martin & Co.
Rebecca was so helpful and professional!!!
We were two young professionals moving city to Leeds for the first time. This was a scary process of finding a house but Ellie Harris and Martin & Co. were kind, patient, informative, flexible and just fantastic at helping us to successfully let a property that was ideal for us. Ellie kindly guided us through the whole process, maintained lines of communication between us and the landlord and without her we most definitely not have had such a smooth transition. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a property in Leeds.

Rebecca has been very professional, thorough and helpful through every step of the way. From the viewings, phone calls, emails, to the online forms and paperwork. The communication has been very prompt, clear and thoughtful. Splendid customer service!
I’ve had a few viewings with Martin&Co but the ones with Rebecca S. have been the most insightful. I was quite hesitant at first to move apartments but she went extra lengths to provide any insight on the property to cater to my requirements and ease my selection/moving process. I feel way more confident about moving now and I’m genuinely grateful to her.
Ellie, who has helped me every step of the way was very helpful and prompt. The entire process went without any hiccups and ultimately I found a home that suited my needs and my lifestyle. Sincere thanks to Ellie.
Ellie was an incredible help with my move! She was super proactive, anticipating needs before I even thought of them, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. Her organizational skills are top-notch, and she made what could have been a chaotic week feel smooth and manageable. Highly recommend her if you need a hand with anything Thank you!
Ellie has been the best during our viewing and renting application, she kept us really up to date with the process and replied to any questions we had very quickly. She has been super friendly and helpful, overall I would highly recommend. Thanks so much for the help!
