With all the changes to letting a property with the Renters Reform Bill and various other things to contend with, Sue has been instrumental in helping me navigate this process in a professional and timely manner. I've worked with Sue for over 5 years and nothing is too much trouble. Most recently I've had trouble with an energy company overcharging me for a void period and Sue helped me resolve this and also provided me with all the evidence I required to successfully challenge the energy company.
