Renting with Martin & Co has been an amazing and peaceful experience for me. My property manager, Sue Wilson, is very knowledgeable, professional and transparent. The team in Leeds is very approachable, and the properties they manage are in good/excellent conditions. They also make good use of technology to make the processes easy for the tenants. They can truly be trusted. I felt like I could ask any questions and ask for help whenever needed. And I always received help and a quick response.

I am very happy with the team at Martin & Co, Leeds city office, for their fantastic response time in addressing the issue of water supply leakage in the kitchen. There was leakage in the kitchen, this leakage was resolved in record time with a kitchen tap replacement. I want to especially thank HAF and Sue for their great work. You guys rock. Thanks

Reece was extremely helpful with finding a flat, making sure to show me everything that was available. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right flat for me and was available consistently to answer any queries I had. 10/10 service would highly recommend.

Friendly, quick and good service, honest and great advice. Know their stuff and would definitely recommend. Did a good job putting my flat on the market, really pleased with the photos and had lots of viewings and accepted an offer within a month of going on the market despite the tricky market at the moment
