Additionally, Reece, who welcomed me to the office, was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. His expertise in the rental market and his approachable nature only added to the positive experience I had with the agency. Overall, my experience with Martin Co letting agency was nothing short of fantastic. The entire staff team was welcoming, easily accessible, and always willing to assist. I was impressed by the staff at Martin & Co Leeds City Lettings & Estate Agents. I was moving from a different country and they helped me easily understand the rules and regulations very easily. From viewing the property, going through the tenancy agreements, to finally moving in to the flat. The staff made me feel comfortable and they were patient with me throughout the entire process. I had many questions being from a different country but that did not bother the agents at all. Jessica Brady and Talana Nieuwstad were especially helpful throughout the process. Sue who looks after our portfolio at Martin and Co is the person you need looking after your properties! We are always well informed / kept up to date on the properties both while tenanted and in between tenancies. Sue takes care of everything for us giving us time to focus on other projects which is a massive help! She is full of knowledge, always polite and our tenants always seem to have a good relationship with her too! Any landlords looking for a hassle free service I couldn’t recommend sue and the team enough!

The lovely people at Martin & Co have really helped me in finding a new home. Scott helped me in viewing the property and sorting out the application, and Sue was helpful when I was working through my references. As well, everyone at the office was super kind and accommodating. It’s now been a couple of weeks since I moved in, and I absolutely love the place! Friendly & professional experience from start to finish. Scott was my first contact who i understand was also new. He was knowledgeable, professional but overall very accommodating and went that extra mile. The lady that handed the keys over on completion date was very friendly too but unfortunately i cant recall her name. Would highly recommend and a personal thank you to Scott for all your help.
