I found the property with the help of Matthew who was helping me with my relocation and had seen a few apartments prior to our meeting which honestly was not really pleasant.😅 The house is really nice, cosy, well maintained and hygienic (which was my major concern after viewing few houses earlier). Reece was extremely helpful with finding a flat, making sure to show me everything that was available. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right flat for me and was available consistently to answer any queries I had. 10/10 service would highly recommend.

Sue who looks after our portfolio at Martin and Co is the person you need looking after your properties! We are always well informed / kept up to date on the properties both while tenanted and in between tenancies. Sue takes care of everything for us giving us time to focus on other projects which is a massive help! She is full of knowledge, always polite and our tenants always seem to have a good relationship with her too! Any landlords looking for a hassle free service I couldn’t recommend sue and the team enough!

I was impressed by the staff at Martin & Co Leeds City Lettings & Estate Agents. I was moving from a different country and they helped me easily understand the rules and regulations very easily. From viewing the property, going through the tenancy agreements, to finally moving in to the flat. The staff made me feel comfortable and they were patient with me throughout the entire process. I had many questions being from a different country but that did not bother the agents at all. Jessica Brady and Talana Nieuwstad were especially helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this agency. I know I will definitely be using them again in the future
