Sue who looks after our portfolio at Martin and Co is the person you need looking after your properties! We are always well informed / kept up to date on the properties both while tenanted and in between tenancies. Sue takes care of everything for us giving us time to focus on other projects which is a massive help! She is full of knowledge, always polite and our tenants always seem to have a good relationship with her too! Any landlords looking for a hassle free service I couldn’t recommend sue and the team enough!

Best letting agent Ive used in my years as a tenant! This can namely be attributed to the lovely Sue thats been my property agent since moving into my latest flat. Landlord review

Used Martin & Co for a number of years now, currently working with Hafeez for the property we rent out. Hafeez responds to all emails immediately, does everything he can to help and always professional and courteous. Management team are excellent also.

Best Agent
