Review for Sue

Just wanted to shoutout Sue who has been fantastic since making contact with me. I live in a property that had flooded and our previous letting agents were less than helpful. I was left with no flooring and stains all over the walls and ceilings due to the flood - this continued for three months. Fortunately, my landlord moved us to Martin & Co and in the short time since we started with them, we now finally have dates for decorating and flooring to be put in. The empathy and dedication shown by Sue to get this sorted quickly has been so reassuring and meaningful after what has been a dire few months. Thanks again Sue and the extended team.

Reply from Martin & Co Leeds City: Dear Joe, Thank you for your glowing review and five-star rating. We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with Sue and our team at Martin & Co. It's our top priority to swiftly address our tenants' concerns and restore comfort to their homes. We're glad to have made a difference during a stressful time and look forward to continuing to serve you with care. Best wishes Elizabeth
