This letting agent is horrible. They charged me hundreds of pounds for minor dust on the flat skirting. Don’t deal with them if you don’t want to lose your deposit.

Extremely disappointed - my partner had travelled to Leeds from Crewe on the morning of the flat viewing after having zero hours sleep only to find out they cancelled the viewing 2 hours before by voicemail. At this time, my partner was already on his way down. The voicemail, left by Vic, explained he would try and find an alternative place if I returned his call. When I phoned back, I was advised Vic was currently out of the office and the lady would try and help instead. She stated nothing was written down in their diary for a viewing and she would leave a message for Vic to call back. Still not heard anything 2 days on. Won't be using these again!

They are not stellar in the service they have provided. Still waiting for furniture and internet one month after moving into flat. continually promise that things will be done and not keeping them. I would not rely on what they say they will do.

Shady estate agent-very mistrustful from the get go, not nice to work with. Made me miss out on a flat I really loved, played a game even though he said directly that he wouldn't. As a potential buyer I will be avoiding this company in future due to this particular unprofessional agent. Very disappointed in Martin & Co

Well, had massive problems about deposit, well at the start of the tenancy there was issue with the damp which called multiple times, not much was done, at the end lost all £900 deposit, gutted. They said its our fault, how ?! When dealing with deposit already three months in not an answer. Will pick up any smallest pull on carpet, take photographs before to prove them wrong.
