Dear Matt We are sorry to read this review and for the distress described. The circumstances surrounding the repossession of this property were extremely unfortunate and came as a shock to us. Prior to the tenancy commencing, we carried out the standard legal checks available to us, including identity verification and Land Registry checks, which did not identify any issues that would have indicated the subsequent repossession proceedings. Our role in this case was limited to a tenant-find service. The landlord chose to manage the tenancy themselves, and we were not involved in the ongoing management of the property after the tenancy commenced. We take any concerns raised by tenants seriously and would never knowingly market a property where we were aware that possession was imminent. Had we been aware of any such circumstances, the property would not have been offered for let.
