I've had a poor experience with estate agents in Leeds but Izzy at JLL was brilliant; affable, professional and prompt with emails.

I've been using JLL for the last 5 years either buying, renting out and selling my property. The entire team always responsive, professional and helpful. Especially Sharan who always goes the extra mile to keep me informed and updated in a timely manner. Even after the business was completed they still assisted me with details I needed when asked, which is more than I can say about other property related business's I've dealt with.

I had been looking for a property for around 6 months and viewed a number of properties and dealt with various estate agents. I found the majority to be extremely unhelpful and in one viewing it was comical how little the agent knew about the property and couldn't answer a single basic question. My experience with JLL has been fantastic and it's no surprise I found the perfect property through them, Joseph the agent who showed me around (twice) went above and beyond, he knew every answer to my questions and helped me measure the flat. The second contact I had there, Sharan, again was brilliant. I was always called back when promised, she helped me with things that wasn't necessarily anything to with the estate agents and once the sale had gone through, the after care has been amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell a property.
