As an example of their customer service I lost the keys to the Apartment in Leeds which had JLL's phone number on the key ring. The person who found them phoned JLL who then phoned me. It was early evening on a Friday and I was on my way back to Manchester. JLL offered to pick them up from whoever had found therm so I didn't have to turn the car around and come back. That saved me a lot of hassle since Friday night rush hour traffic can be a nightmare. Here's a tip - they'll offer you a cuppa at their offices but I suggested we go to Starbucks round the corner instead. So we did!!!
