The staff were extremely unprofessional. My toilet was not fixed for 6 months of my tenancy. They told me once we will not replace the molding curtains because with the molding curtains they can find another tenant. I feel sorry to who ever has to deal with such unprofessionalism and horrible staff and I also feel for the landlords for trusting them to manage their properties. I reported the leak 2 years ago it was not fixed and not they blame me for not allowing them to enter which is a lie because I have the text message to prove that I did not mind. They ignored the leak for 2 years and waited for my tenancy to end to fix it with my deposit. From the bottom of my heart shame on you JLL for employing such negligent and unprofessional staff.
Awful experience with JLL throughout the tenancy. The property manager Wormsley, very unprofessional, attempted to charge me for call out charges on numerous occasions for urgent repairs such as having no hot water. Furthermore their lack of timeliness or reliability shows in that they took the best part of a year to install a kitchen fan. Something of necessity on a 10th floor flat.The final straw was the fact they 'attempted' to take a large chunk of my deposit at the end of the tenancy despite me leaving the property spotless. They then reduced their farcical deductions significantly. I only agreed to the remaining nonsense deduction to be over and done with them, i did not want to have to spend any more time or inconvenience myself further dealing with JLL. Hope to never have to deal with you again.
