No communication whatsoever.. would've given 0 stars if I could...called them for 4 days continuously regarding a property I NEEDED to rent cuz I was basically going homeless and I work in care..told them all about it they insured me I'll be getting more information about the property..gave them my contact and everything..even emailed them 3 times for a week begging for the information BUT NO ANSWER..next day.. literally a week before I'm homeless I see on their website that the property is let agreed and it's gone.. that's it. All done. Gone. And mind you I still hadn't received any information regarding the property after I was assured that they will email me. Do not trust them. Seriously the worst experience ever.

Booked a viewing and agent never turned up. Called the office they said 2 mins after already being 10mins late. Waited 30mins and Called the office twice went straight to voicemail

DONT BOTHER !!!!!!!! NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A LOW SERVICE IN MY 3O YEARS IN PROPERTY NO COMMUNICATION NO CALL BACK NO ENTHUSIASM TO SELL ITS LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR ADVERTISING THE PROPERTY WITH THEM NEVER AGAIN TOTAL TIME WASTER STAY AWAY

Dont show to viewings booked on phone and confirmed by email. Ignore calling on the day and complaints subsequently
