Hi Tamie, its disappointing to see your review and i have conducted a review with our Manager who responded to your observations on the 14th November 1 - You enquired about a property that we have no knowledge of and we are definitely not marketing 2 - I have phone records of all the time my office tried to contact you using the number you provided and we never got through. i suspect the number is not correct. If you still are searching for a property please call 01926 889054 and speak to Henry Hammond. I also would appreciate you reconsider the rating

Absolutely awful customer service!! Even emailed the franchise owner Sean Driscoll and got no response. Do not rent from these or any Martin and co to be honest as they are notorious for being bad!! I was asked to pay £1,200 when I left the property just because of some filler on the walls. When I told them to take it to dispute that number massively decreased to £250, they were just trying it on!!! Terrible

Half soaked staff, failed to show up to viewing, no notification they'd had to cancel the appointment. Very poor service.
