As a tenant, they never call you back, and you have to chase them persistently to get any maintenance issues resolved. Would not recommend.

I had a very bad experience with this letting agents, first they answered my calls and emails but after having more questions about the property the stopped answering my calls and emails. After calling them form another number they said the property is let now... very unprofessional. stay away from this agency

Absolutely, would never recommend this agent in Leamington Spa, very poor service, very poor communication, tell you what you want to hear, for their own gain, very unprofessional indeed. After spending several years in the property market using a number of local estate agents to help run a 2 million pound property portfolio in Leamington, from my experience, their lettings department lack basic customer service, for that reason, I would never recommended Martin & Co in Leamington Spa. Major issue, leaving their letting board outside my property for months after an apartment in the block has been let, so I have to spend valuable time on the telephone asking these agents to remove their board, time and time again, as matter of urgency. The board still remains outside the property today. I have also spoken with their head office in Bournemouth, the NAEA in Warwick and the planning department at Warwick District Council to look in to this matter.

When disputed regarding payment, and what the payment was for, presuming the manager, replied 'do you expect us to work for free?' Response was unnessary and showed bad customer service for a company we'd heard so highly of. We were treated rudely and in a very unprofessional manner. However, colleague who directly dealt with us stayed calm and professional. The payment was not made as it was a mistake made by the company, but disappointed no apology was given. I have recently signed for a 6 month contract in a property in Leamington Spa, and due to pop in to collect keys on 30th July. Really not looking forward to bumping into the gent again. I will be dealing directly with the landlord in future.

Unhappy experience. After confirming the interest in the house, just during the application process, they stop answering emails and only after calling them I discover that the house had already been given to someone else. They had a really misbehavior. Dealmakers, cowards, false and liars. Never ever trust them.
