Outstanding Service from Maddie Saltmer at James Wynn Estate Agents I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience with Maddie Saltmer at James Wynn Estate Agents in Northallerton. She is an absolute credit to the company and exemplifies what outstanding customer service truly means. When disaster struck on Christmas Eve at 10:30pm – our boiler catastrophically failed and began leaking through the kitchen ceiling – Maddie's response was nothing short of remarkable. Despite being at home with her family on Christmas Eve, she immediately replied to my email and personally called to discuss the emergency. Understanding the urgency and potential for serious property damage, she went above and beyond by attending the property with her partner that very evening to stop the leak. Within just three days, we had a brand new boiler fully installed – an incredibly swift turnaround, especially considering the timing over the Christmas period. Having lived at this property for over eight years, I can honestly say I've never experienced such rapid, efficient, and genuinely caring service for a repair issue. Maddie's professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile during what should have been her personal time has left a lasting impression on both my fiancée and myself. We are immensely grateful to Maddie and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a true asset to James Wynn Estate Agents.

We had a viewing with Al from Ewemove, he told us all about the property and was extremely knowledgeable. thank you.

We had our house appraised by Al and he was absolutely brilliant. Offered great insight and was extremely thorough in providing an accurate valuation. Highly recommended.

All the team have been fantastic in assisting with the sale of my property. Marcus has kept me informed all the way through the process and has always been pro active in contacting me on next steps. Highly recommended

The whole team was helpful but Victoria and Sophie really stood out- their attention to detail and support made towards entire process much smoother!

The team at Northallerton were brilliant at keeping me updated. They responded to all queries quickly, effectively and professionally, offering guidance and advice as required throughout the process.

We bought our first house through Hilbery Chaplain and it was far from seamless in regards to delays and issues with the solicitors but the estate agents were great, kept us up to date as much as possible. Chased our solicitors when our completion date fell through and really assisted us considering we were first time buyers and knew very little about the process. I can't thank Karen, Corinne and Marcus enough for making sure the purchase went through and finally got completed.

Cannot praise James too highly. Every question i had, was answered with an incredible depth of knowledge & understanding. Personable & friendly attitude, completes a faultless customer experience.

Great experience. James arrived on time and was professional and very knowledgeable. I was really pleased with my valuation and would highly recommend him to my friends and family
