Despite being at home with her family on Christmas Eve, she immediately replied to my email and personally called to discuss the emergency. Understanding the urgency and potential for serious property damage, she went above and beyond by attending the property with her partner that very evening to stop the leak. Within just three days, we had a brand new boiler fully installed – an incredibly swift turnaround, especially considering the timing over the Christmas period. Having lived at this property for over eight years, I can honestly say I've never experienced such rapid, efficient, and genuinely caring service for a repair issue.
