Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

Highly recommend these estate agents. We recently used James Winn in Thirsk to buy a property. Emma, Harry, Charlie & Debbie all went above and beyond in their efforts to help the process be a stress free as possible. They communicated regularly with updates. Always acting in a professional and polite manner. They clearly are a highly skilled team. Thank you

James Winn Estate Agents were excellent all-round. They were efficient from the outset with pricing and viewing. In fact a sale was initiated on the first day of viewing. Communications were always good, they were proactive, helpful and always friendly and approachable. Highly recommended, many thanks.

I can’t speak highly enough about the team in Laindon, in particular Anabel, Karen and Lewis, who I dealt with closely for a number of weeks during the process of purchasing my property through them. I made a bad choice of solicitor and the Laindon team proved invaluable in chasing progress and resolving issues. They are a very friendly team with a personal touch and exceptional communication skills. I am incredibly grateful to Anabel, Karen and Lewis for their hard work, patience and good communication. A very professional, effective team.

We were awarded grandly for our loyalty to this Estate Agent, having bought our Basildon home 22 years ago through them, and then selling the same house within a week through them again! Faces changed over time, but young, energetic and humorous agent Lewis and captain of the ship Karen and her staff, made the the tense time of legal language and calls and stalls very bearable. A great job done, Team Laindon HC! Lots of good memories made in the process. Thanks, G and C

Karen, Anabel and the team were amazing at selling our house. We sold within 2 weeks and when we ending up with a long chain to complete, they did everything to keep us up to date on where everyone was and the communication was fantastic. We wanted to move before the stamp duty increased and we had issues where no one in the chain was really pushing the completion. Anabel was great at chasing updates and pushing for completion until the very end, and even when we were struggling to exchange due to the solicitors not acting quick enough, Karen tracked down where the hold up was and ensured that the exchange went through within the time frame. We can't thank the team enough for their effort to get us completed and moved before the end of March. Their service was fantastic throughout. Definitely recommended and would use them again without hesitation.

I have used these guys for many years! The team at Hilbery Chaplin Laindon branch are amazing. Big massive thank you to Karen, Anabel and Lewis for assisting the sale of our home. It was a journey of a sale but, we got their in the end. I would recommend anyone to sell or buy your home through them. Their knowledge and expertise are on another level. Overall 10/10 to these guys! Your managing director should be proud of you guys!

Very friendly people. They found a buyer within days of going on the market.

Both Annabelle and Lewis go over and over! Always so polite and happy to help out
