We bought our first house through Hilbery Chaplain and it was far from seamless in regards to delays and issues with the solicitors but the estate agents were great, kept us up to date as much as possible. Chased our solicitors when our completion date fell through and really assisted us considering we were first time buyers and knew very little about the process. I can't thank Karen, Corinne and Marcus enough for making sure the purchase went through and finally got completed.
