I highly recommend Marcus as an estate agent, he truly went above and beyond to make our home buying experience smooth and stress-free. His hardworking ethic shone through from the start; he was always responsive and flexible, adjusting to my busy schedule without hesitation. When Lewis called in sick for our first house viewing it was Marcus who stepped in seamlessly (albeit a tad late) and handled everything with professionalism and enthusiasm. Then again on our second viewing, when it somehow slipped through the cracks and wasn't in anyone's diary (Lewis seemed to have taken my phone call but not put me in the diary while he went on Holiday), I had to call the office minutes before closing and again Marcus rushed over at short notice to ensure we didn't miss out. I'm especially grateful that he stayed well beyond his shift end to answer all our questions and walk us through the details.
