Hilbery Chaplin Residential - Laindon

I cannot recommend Kings highly enough. From the moment I walked through the door with just an initial enquiry to the completion of our house sale, Ross and the team were amazing. They were there every step of the way, explaining everything in layman’s terms for us. They kept in constant communication with us and gave us updates at throughout the whole process. We needed a quick sale at a great sale price. Kings delivered just that.

Great, smooth experience with Brodie. Amazing customer service, very pleased.

The whole team at Simpson and Marwick have been so professional dealing with our house move within Dunbar. Calls were returned promptly and notes were kept of every viewing along the whole of the sales process. AAAAA***** service

Our experience with Simpson and Marwick was excellent! Bonnie was extremely approachable and professional. She answered our questions, as novice sellers in the Scottish market, with patience and was always very responsive to our communications. We were very fortunate that Bonnie did all our viewings for us, and we think this probably helped to sell our property in such a timely manner! Thank you!

I'd like to recommend Nikki Hempseed if you are looking to sell a property in Aberdeen. I found Nikki to be very professional, committed and thorough and she has a great knowledge of the local area and trends. She went above and beyond with early or late viewings, changed appointments and feedback. She was reassuring at all times and coached me through the sale of my first property! Thanks again Nikki!

We have been delighted with the professionalism and knowledge of Nikki and her team on the marketing and sale of our home in Aberdeen. Nikki Hempseed guided us through the process with ease and was unflappable as well as being readily available to answer any queries. She clearly knows the local market extremely well and we highly recommend Nikki and her team from Simpson and Marwick. Pam and Malcolm
