5 stars to Ross and Ellie who have been incredible helping us get our new home! Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure it happened for us. I will recommend them to everyone, I would give 6 stars if I could!!!

We have had such a brilliant experience with selling our property with Bonnie from Simpson and Marwick. From the first time she came to visit, she was very professional and organised and had already done research on our area, she was very well prepared. Bonnie ensured a quick turn around for us getting our property on the market throughout with efficient communication with everyone involved. She gave great advice on selling points and on the offers over price for putting on the market. When we had queries at different points in our sale, she was very understanding, supportive and patient with us and helped us feel happy with how we proceeded. She was very easily contactable and responded quickly to any questions. We would highly recommend working with Bonnie and will definitely come back to her if need be in the future. Ozzie Minhas was brilliant from start to finish, especially as this was my first buy-to-let.
