We had been renting from Fell Reynolds for some 20 years. What a difference! Our contact has been Niamh who has been extremely helpful and supportive to us, not only during the transference but also in our dealings with her. As a single point of contact with Miles & Barr, Niamh has proved to be very personable and professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. We recently had a leak in our bathroom. As soon as we called Niamh she was able to arrange, very quickly, for a repair. At all times, including inspections, she has clearly communicated with us either via email, text or on the phone. For us, as tenants, we have not previously had this kind of positive customer experience. She is an asset to your company.

When initially placing the retirement flat on the market staff were upfront with how difficult selling this type of property can be, especially with the large service charge attached. Kept us well informed throughout the marketing process and I was impressed by the innovative approach taken (a potential buyer enquires about a retirement flat, and staff encourage them to view all the retirement flats the firm has on its books). I believe this helped in securing our buyer. Good communications throughout the negotiations, including when the buyers solicitor went quiet a week before exchange/completion. Would recommend.

I have been dealing with Niamh Kennett from Miles and Barr's property management department for a number of months now, after she took over the day to day management of a number of flats I have with them from a colleague. During this time I have found her to be extremely efficient and has assisted me greatly dealing with both problem tenants and some difficult issues with the building fabric.
