She is also great at chasing things when others are being slow and giving us regular updates when needed. I’ve recently had a plumbing issue between Christmas and New year, thinking I wouldn’t be able to get anyone out however my property manager Niamh Kennett did an excellent job of getting a plumber out and fixing the issue less than 12 hours later. She was very friendly, communicative and helpful which isn’t easy to find. I appreciate her care in helping, even during the holiday period.

Miles and Barr are reasonable at answering the phone, but good at finding contractors for both my commercial and residential properties. Niamh Kennett is particularly helpful. She’s avoided legal problems, and given excellent advice when it comes to choosing contractors. All in all: In the last 18 months they’ve massively improved.
