I have not yet bought or sold a property through Miles & Barr in Folkestone, but I've had numerous positive interactions with their staff on such a variety of levels - giving their time to discuss elements of the buying process as a first time buyer, informing, being attentive, offering advice without bias and being polite and friendly, that I'm writing this. Of note: Georgie/G/Georgina yesterday showed me around a property and was incredibly helpful with a really professional but personable demeanour. She explained elements I didn't know about the buying process, took time to hand-write leasehold info on the cover of the paperwork to highlight it beforehand, and was amazing. John - I'm just off the phone to John who, without any push to use any service or buy through the company and with seemingly limitless time to explain, educated me on various property legalities and specific case examples that I was unaware of and could have potentially saved me thousands and at least has left me more educated and informed into the process of buying. (Also shout out to Debbie/Klaudia in general for lots of questions from me) I really appreciated all of these interactions and I've not spent a penny through the company, and I may never, but the quality of professionalism and helpfulness in my interactions so far counts for a lot to me and I really appreciate it especially, as a first time buyer.
