What you need as a buyer they answer the phone & don’t rush you , get back to you promptly with any of your enquires, keep you updated with anything that they consider to be suitable for you, which really is helping us with the buying process. We viewed a property recently where the agent had been there all afternoon it’s was cold and no where to sit yet he was friendly and had all the information we needed. 5 stars from us

This agent listens to you and is happy to be customer lead after a valuable discussion process. There is a dedicated person at each stage of the sales process who is contactable over the phone. If they are on holiday there is automatically someone to pick up their role. The most outstanding part for us was Katie’s ability to constantly chase all three parties involved in the process to make sure that the exchange happened. She was outstanding at her role and went way beyond what one would expect.

We bought a house through Miles & Barr Folkestone and cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire team were supportive, knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. Sam was our main contact and was an absolute star we felt supported at all times and never pressured, he made himself available for visits and questions as and when needed and was delightful to deal with. Best estate agents in town! After having dealt with other estate agents in the past, I really can not recommend them enough! They have been extremely helpful and lovely to chat to the whole way through! You don’t feel like you’re going to get swindled or done over when going for a viewing, it was very relaxed and I felt like I was actually viewing a property, rather than at a sales event - which you get from places like Wards and Martin and co. Once again, I really can not recommend them enough! Lovely staff and friendly, open atmosphere! :)
