I have been dealing with Niamh Kennett from Miles and Barr's property management department for a number of months now, after she took over the day to day management of a number of flats I have with them from a colleague. During this time I have found her to be extremely efficient and has assisted me greatly dealing with both problem tenants and some difficult issues with the building fabric. She has been responsive throughout, always happy to assist. sometimes more than could always be expected and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Since my last review Niamh has been involved in some extremely long winded insurance issues and property maintenace problems and has yet again been professional and dilligent in her approach which has assisted me greatly in dealing with these matters. I can only reconfirm my satisfaction with her overall mamagement skills. Thanks again and well done.
