When initially placing the retirement flat on the market staff were upfront with how difficult selling this type of property can be, especially with the large service charge attached. Kept us well informed throughout the marketing process and I was impressed by the innovative approach taken (a potential buyer enquires about a retirement flat, and staff encourage them to view all the retirement flats the firm has on its books). I believe this helped in securing our buyer. Good communications throughout the negotiations, including when the buyers solicitor went quiet a week before exchange/completion. Would recommend.
