She went above and beyond during our purchase and couldn't have been better as reassuring us and getting things done quickly, especially when it got stressful! Rented via Sarah Mains for 1 year. Any maintenance problems were quickly addressed by Phil Hunt and then acted upon. Would recommend renting with them.
