Sarah Mains Residential - Newcastle

Everyone at Sarah Mains in Newcastle have been highly professional and pleasant to deal with. Graeme and Jess were friendly and respectful when valuing our property, and everyone else at the office, especially Warren and Sarah, have given great advice and been very communicative throughout. The photos taken of the property were done to a very high standard. All involved have been kind and calm throughout, instilling a sense of confidence in their processes.

Chloe Moore was the Agent who showed me around my new property. She has been an absolute STAR. She kept me informed at each stage and even rang to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was a very stressful experience moving home, admin is a real nightmare for me, but Chloe was the Angel I needed at this time. Thank you Chloe for all your Help, Patience, and complete understanding. 🌹

As first time landlord, I’m really happy from initial visit to secure tenant within 2 weeks. On the valuation day, Scott took time to listen to me and our plan for the property. Then shared the market insights and very valuable opinions which comes from experience. Agreed on the strategy and put it on the market the same week after initial visit. I was informed every stage and whole team was there to answer my questions during the process. Secured tenants within 2 weeks and signed the contract. Highly recommend Sarah Mains

Amazing staff, always keeping us updated on the progress of the sale and going above and beyond to provide an excellent service.

Lucas from the Jesmond branch has been super helpful when renting my property out. He is always quick to reply and has made this process a lot smoother.

I found my rental property through Sarah Mains, and it was a smooth experience.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I’ve used Sarah Mains for both buying and selling in the past and always had a 5-star experience. More recently, Craig helped with my re-mortgage, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!
