I called Sarah Mains to check out a property I was interested in, but instead I was sent to voice mail and they promised to call me back. And they did, even if it was to inform me that the property was already rented out. I know that replying back is just a simple expectation, but nonetheless I'd like to make my efforts to applaud for that after I was treated with no replies several times from other agencies.

We completed today and must say the service from Sarah Mains has been spot on from start to finish. Totally modern, thoroughly embracing technology which is essential but, equally important, providing a level of service that is all-too-often hard to find these days. You feel properly "owned" and valued by one of the team at each stage of the process.
