Our second excellent experience with Sarah Mains. Having used them to sell our previous property we wanted them back again and their level of service delivery was top drawer. This time our agent/valued was Rachel Cromwell and she was a joy to deal with. She set up a WhatsApp group with herself, me and my wife and kept us constantly updated throughout the selling process m. Another great video and fabulous photography helped us get considerably higher than the asking price for our property. We came back into Kelly Docherty’s care after the sale was agreed and again, as previously, Kelly was also a joy to deal with. She kept us in the picture throughout the sale transaction and is always friendly and positive. Another great experience dealing with Sarah Mains and can’t recommend them highly enough.

I changed to Sarah Mains, I contacted Wendy at the Osborne Rd branch and after a short fact finding chat the wheels were set in motion. First a very nice gentleman visited my home to take photographs, these are essential to show of your home at its best,(they were so good I nearly changed my mind about selling 😁). They went straight onto the website and within 2 weeks my house was sold. There are several people involved in different stages of the sale who kept me informed as to what was happening and I thank you all very much for making it seem so easy. They even phoned me after my move to see if I had settled in ok 👌 Very professional set up, highly recommended.
