From the beginning, communication was clear, professional and proactive, and we always felt well informed at each stage of the process. There were moments when the process felt quite overwhelming, and calm and reassuring approach of Louise in particular made a real difference. We greatly appreciated the support provided and the help in getting everything over the line.

When dealing with estate agents and landlords I can imagine most people, like myself, feel a sense of dread. When working with the staff at Brunton Residential, this is not the case. All I have interacted with have been amazing; professional, kind and understanding. All my anxieties and fears about moving have been alleviated at every single step with Brunton Residential. Jay showed us around the property and was an absolutely gentlemen; well spoken, polite but more importantly, so very knowledgeable about the property. When we had to make some adjustments to our move, we communicated with Chloe, the Assistant Lettings Manager from the Jesmond shop. We do not have enough kind words for Chloe, again, so knowledgeable in her field but also so patient and understanding whenever we had to make adjustments in our move. Whenever we move again, this is the only letting agent we would go with - they really do things right.
