Brunton Residential - Jesmond

Brunton Residential are excellent estate agents and have been so helpful throughout our tenancy over the last year. Every staff member has been kind, approachable and competent during all of our interactions. Simone Quinn and Isla Usher managed our property and were always a delight to speak to and extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

Friendly staffs, i recommend people to rent from brunton residential.

Had a fantastic experience during the buying process with Brunton. Jada was always quick to respond to any questions we had and regularly checked in without pushing us. Great service.

Worked with Becca finding a tennant for my property, very professional, helpful and always went the extra mile. Deffo recommend.

Brunton were by far the most proactive estate agents in the Jesmond area while we were looking for a property, we’re just sorry we ended up not buying through them . Mark Arnold offered us incredibly helpful advice and could not have been more personable . Many thanks

Really helpful team - from booking my viewing to getting everything sorted in just a couple weeks. Really happy with how easy things were, moving is stressful and it was eased by the team at Brunton. I love my new apartment.

Haven’t been with Brunton for a while yet but so far they have been really friendly and responsive to any of our questions. Shout out to Isla who has been especially helpful. Thanks guys!

We have only have rented for a month so far however the whole process was stress free and straight forward. We have moved into our new property and whatever questions we had were answered quickly. Big thanks to Isla who has helped us greatly ☺️

We had a fantastic experience with Brunton Residential estate agent from start to finish. The whole team were professional, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions we had. They also kept us updated throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. Their communication was excellent, and they genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. Thank you for providing such outstanding service! ⭐️

A big thank you to everyone at Brunton Residential who helped me go from last minute viewing to having an offer accepted! The process so far has been really smooth, including being matched with one of their regular conveyancing firms and using their service for conveyancing searches. This is the first time I've bought in England and they've been very helpful at guiding me through the process! Thanks especially to Jada who has been very helpful, highly professional and always quick to answer emails. :-)
