Excellent service from Brunton Residential from start to finish. Michael Hilden and Greg McCarthy were highly professional with the valuation and sale, and we achieved a great price. Leah Ramsay was a brilliant sales progressor – proactive and always on top of things. Ciaran handled viewings well too, with good support from Jada and Harriet. Highly recommend.

The team at Brunton were effective in finding us a wide range of interested buyers very quickly. Jada worked closely with Michael and the rest of the team to keep us in touch with all that was going on in terms of viewings and offers. We were able to move to a 'Best and Final Offer' scenario quickly, with buyers who we think will love our old home. It's still early days, but the experience so far has been positive.

The service we received from Chloe and the team at Jesmond Brunton residential was exceptional. They did everything they could to facilitate our rental move when our previous property sold, in just 6 days! Chloe kept us up to date with every step we had to take. She was polite, helpful and knowledgable.
We are happy and settled in our new property now. We can’t thank Chloe and the team enough!

I’d highly recommend the team at Brunton. This was our first time using them after using another estate agent for our previous four sales and purchases, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The whole team was professional, responsive, and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the process. We couldn’t fault the service we received. From our initial meetings with Greg and Michael to our day-to-day dealings with Leah, everyone was fantastic. Leah, in particular, was amazing throughout and always went above and beyond. We have recently worked with Brunton for both sale and purchase and I can't recommend the team enough. From the get go and meeting with Michael, I had no doubt that Brunton was the best option for us due to the level of detail they provide with photos, floorplans and walk through videos. I loved the WhatsApp group that was created with everyone you needed involved and responsive every step of the way. The notification and updates with viewings scheduled and feedback was super helpful - thank you to Harriet for keeping us in the loop through offers and negotiations. Our sale ended up being quite lengthily with lots of twists and turns but Leah was fantastic, always remaining in touch and calm throughout with updates as much as she could. Thankyou to all the team and we are very happy in our new home :-)
