Avoid this estate agent They list property even if its not ready to move in. Landlords try to contact you directly. Non professional /serious behaviour by the agents. They don't care about what you upto just want to make money legally or illegally. They tried to keep my holding deposit. Tried to charge me the money for references. When i complained PRS they gave me my money back. Clearly shows how they are doing business. Bussiness is all about customers they need to learn that. AVOID THEM OR BE READY FOR ANY SITUATION

BE CAREFULL WHEN BUYING PROPERTY FROM THIS ESTATE AGENT AS THEY SELL JOINTLY OWNED PROPERTIES BUT DONT ADVERTISE THE FACT. EVEN AFTER BEING INFORMED THAT PROPERTIES ARE INFACT OWNED BY OTHER MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY, DUE DILIGENCE NOT LOOKED AT OR OTHER OWNERS PROOF, THEY WILL JUST LEAVE IT TO THE SOLICITORS TO SORT.

Block viewing was organised at the house we currently reside at. We returned an hour into the block viewing of two hours; within that time, it seemed somebody (either the viewing rep, Peter, or one of the first four viewers) had helped themselves to the toilet and left the toilet seat up... I just hope whoever it was washed their hands! Appalling. What ever happened to professional etiquette? It's unreasonable to expect a resident's hospitality to extend to strangers viewing the property, or an agent they've never met before. --- UPDATE: Second viewing; similar behaviour displayed by a another viewing representative from this establishment, Paul R. On the way out, he nudged or kicked our shoes/slippers, likely to express annoyance of having been asked to remove his shoes (only to go upstairs). Regardless of how he felt about removing his shoes, physically interfering with our belongings (even in a minor way) is unprofessional behaviour for a viewing representative. ---

Made enquiry to Irthlingborourgh office about a property for my son and got awful attitude from arrogant sales negotiator who ended the conversation just putting the phone down. Will be selling our own property in a few months time and because of this woman's attitude certainly won't be using this agent.

Sorry to hear of your experience, we strive to maintain high standards so I will therefore listen to the telephone conversation and update you further. It appears your son had a viewing booked which the owner postponed as he decided to carry out some redecoration works but was willing to re-schedule in a few days’ time; your son was informed of this. Having now listened to your call to our office, you questioned why this was not stated on our website and you were informed that viewings can re-commence from Tuesday onwards and to our knowledge the vendor was not going to alter the asking price. We try to ensure all our customers receive accurate information in a polite manner, however occasionally this may not always be expressed in such a way. We apologise if you feel this was not the case but can confirm the sales negotiator did not put the phone down on you without saying goodbye. We are more than happy to re-arrange the appointment for your son.

Would not recommend to anyone, they wasted our 8 months with millions of excuses.
