It appears your son had a viewing booked which the owner postponed as he decided to carry out some redecoration works but was willing to re-schedule in a few days’ time; your son was informed of this. Having now listened to your call to our office, you questioned why this was not stated on our website and you were informed that viewings can re-commence from Tuesday onwards and to our knowledge the vendor was not going to alter the asking price. We try to ensure all our customers receive accurate information in a polite manner, however occasionally this may not always be expressed in such a way.
