What an arrogant and rude fellow running this place ! To be avoided ! So smug and condescending, sneering that 700k was nothing in this area, so he couldn’t help me. Never met such an unpleasant estate agent. Astounding !

Dear Idaj, I am sorry to read that you found me smug and condescending, that certainly was not my intention, nor my normal demeanour. When you popped into the office at 4:50pm yesterday, you asked if I had anything 'Bohemian, with open plan, good sized rooms, possibly a studio/garage and a leafy view'. At that point, I shook my head and tried to explain that those houses do exist, but we didnt have any, not for £700,000. We did have three properties within budget that didnt meet your criteria, but might have suited depending on what you wished to compromise on, but actually what you were looking for was a rarity in this area. You asked if you could view one then and there, which we couldnt accommodate, due to previously booked appointments, but we could show you the property today or another day with some notice. I am sorry that you felt I was rude or sneering. I certainly didnt mean to be.

Possibly the worst estate agent in the whole of my landlord experience. Slow and inexperienced staff. Avoid at all costs. I am taking them to Property ombudsman service so that will tell you what you need to know.....

Why în the world are you turning on those powerful lights at 10-10.30pm and let them on all night??? No consideration for environment or the residents in the blocks around!!! At least close your blinds, don't let all the light reflect in people's houses and keep children awake! I'm sure no ones actually doing any useful work from those offices at night, just waste and inconsiderate behaviour!

An organisation run by very incompetent management - they’re running more than two years behind on registering land/property so if you’re coming up for a remortgage, it means you can’t remortgage, then they don’t do an urgent expedite when you request it, they don’t respond to any communications as they’re too busy, they don’t respond to complaints because they’re too busy - so it begs the question, what are they actually doing. Again, it’s another lazy government department

Beware Document everything in writing throughout the tenancy free advice. At the end of the tennacy the service is non existent and they attempt to blame you for their mistakes.

Hi Yvonne, disappointed by your unfair review of our business as is the landlord of the property with how the tenancy ended with you absconding, leaving rent arrears & leaving the property in a poor condition. This must be one of the worse agent I ever been it has been bad from start to finish u get complaints from the agency when they do an inspection and u phone the head office and they very rude on the phone when u call them about the rent so I’m glad I’m leaving
