Amazing how customer unfriendly the Land Registry is, they need to change

Communication has been terrible, internal procedures mean you get passed around to different people constantly. As an overseas landlord you provide an awful service which is why I’m moving my property away from you.

Disgusting company. Takes the sides of landlords when tenancy has ended. They hold on to deposits for weeks with no good reason. They lie about if they are in the office to avoid phone calls. DO NOT use this company if you want your deposit back. Hiding behind nonsense “legalities” in order to deflect the blame from the fact they don’t want to give you your money back. HORRENDOUS.

Poor quality and slow in response with answering telephones. These guys are in public service but act as though we are serving them. They are intimidating and impolite at the very least. Give you the run around. This is mental torture and there is obviously a lack of training and a lack of monitoring efficiency of staff.

Awful company. I rented a property through them, which appeared to be lovely and in good condition. It turned out that there'd been substantial water damage throughout the property, and several unfixed leaks, which the company failed to fix. They were terrible at responding to emails, and their workmen failed to turn up on several occasions. I had to call environmental health in to get any results at all, and even now, they are trying to claim money for damages that happened due to their negligence. I would absolutely avoid at all costs. I've had to throw away hundreds of pounds worth of property because of damage due to leaks and water damage, and all these problems were highlighted BEFORE I moved into property.
