time wasting ignorant fools. sellers beware they messing with your potential buyers appalling dire bumbling fools

As a first time buyer I've spoken to quite a few agents and been told all sorts of different things. With this company, I felt was looked down upon for what sort of property I was looking at (something very run down and in dire need of repair/renovation), and upon discussing offers I was told that I should "go and ask your parents for more money". Never in my life have I had something so insulting said to me by a "professional" representing an industry where they are already made fun of, and now I know why! Wherever James learned to speak to customers is beyond me. This happened on 28th October at around 10:30am if RH&RW Clutton can be so much as bothered to investigate. I'm sure, that if my parents were around to be involved in the biggest decision of my life, that I would have no issue asking them for help, but as they're not, I guess I'll have to go without and shockingly, use my own money. Sound advice right there, sound advice indeed.

Never have I spoken to a more unhelpful and obnoxious man. Oliver needs to go back to customer relations school. Heaven only knows how he manages to sell anything. Very poor service.

My Girlfriend had an awful experience with this Estate Agent. Long story short, overbearing landlord whom couldn't come to terms with letting the former family home out. Spent her evenings driving around the house taking pictures and complaining to agent about everything. Crazy thing agent actually hassled tenant rather than pushing back. Great house, great location, but creepy landlord and agency. After 9 months enough was enough, now happily renting down the road from a more professional agent. Tenants beware.

do not want to pay deposit back when the promised. they treat tenants like scum. no hot water or heating for 3 weeks in winter with a under 2 in property. had to move out because landlady selling. house is now sold. we still have no deposit paid back. you are talked down to, they only put landlord 1st.
