These are the type of properties that Sarah mains let their tenets stay in
They instructed the wrong lawyers, made me use another, and that lawyer is terrible. Thank you for making things worse.
End user improvement suggestions: I see that in Switzerland, ever more real estate agents use Giraffe as the virtual visiting software. But I as an end user really hate it in comparison with e.g. Matterport. Improvement ideas: - Arrow keys up and down should move the user to the next/previous spot instead of tilting. The spot closest to the center of the view should be picked. - Zooming with CTRL pressed and scroll wheel doesn't work (tried with incognito window without addons in latest Chromium) - The current sequential display of next spots is unnerving. There should not only be the next spot displayed, but at least the next 2 spots.
Giraffe 360 – Misleading Sales Tactics, Poor Quality, and Costly Mistake I run a 100% by referral real estate business and invested in Giraffe 360 after an impressive sales pitch that promised a top-tier, all-in-one solution for property photography, virtual tours, and floor plans. The way the product was presented made it seem like a seamless and high-quality alternative to hiring a professional photographer—saving time for my clients and money while elevating marketing efforts. Unfortunately, the reality of the service has been an ongoing disappointment. False Promises and Poor Quality From the moment I received the Giraffe 360 camera, it was evident that the quality did not match what was advertised. The sharp, professional-grade images they showcased in their marketing materials were nowhere near the actual output. Instead, the photos were dull, lacked clarity, and simply were not up to the professional standard required in the competitive real estate market. Immediately after using the camera for listings, I started receiving complaints from clients about the poor image quality. Clients expect high-quality visuals that showcase their homes in the best light, and what Giraffe 360 provided was far below expectations. Forced to Hire a Professional Photographer Because the Giraffe 360 camera was not delivering what was promised, I had no choice but to rehire my professional photographer to ensure my listings maintained the highest-quality as they always have and a standard my business is known for. This resulted in an additional $1,400 in unexpected costs—on top of the monthly subscription fee I was already paying to Giraffe 360. Instead of being a cost-effective solution, this service ended up being a financial burden. Unacceptable Customer Service and Contract Issues I reached out to my account representative, Sam, to express my concerns and seek a resolution. Instead of offering real support, I was simply told that I am locked in and have to pay until August and there is no way to exit early. His only response was to "wait until March" when they are supposedly rolling out software improvements. This is completely unacceptable. Businesses should stand behind their product and address failures, not tell paying customers to wait months in hopes of a fix. I requested a cancellation multiple times for the financial losses I incurred due to their misleading sales tactics, but I was met with rigid contract terms and no willingness to let me out.. Final Verdict – A Costly Mistake I regret signing up for Giraffe 360 and would strongly advise any real estate professionals to think twice before committing to this service. The product does not deliver what was promised, the customer service is dismissive, and you could find yourself locked into a contract for a tool that does more harm than good. If you are serious about maintaining high-quality visuals for your listings, stick with a professional photographer—Giraffe 360 is not the solution they claim to be.
Company is absolute garbage. Wouldn’t recommend this trash to anyone.
Lived with them and had no problems until it came to moving out and they are refusing to return my deposit or even complete checks for them, would avoid!
I spoke to them twice to see the house they gave me an appointment but not once did anyone come to show the house or open the door? I knocked on the door many times.
Only agent who couldn’t tell me their fees without a viewing… and then indicated 1.5% and if I wanted it to be less ( ie aligned to the market normal) then would “reduce some of their marketing efforts” .. a masterclass in how not to sell .. went to another agent who told the fees upfront .. listed all three properties with them
