We have recently started using Spoke and have been dealing with Ben. I have struggled previously with the complexity of Facebook marketing, but I find Spoke a real user friendly solution. Its quick and easy to use and I feel like my marketing spend is really going in the right places. Ben has also been great and gives excellent customer support.
