Please add a phone number to talk to a support human. It is so frustrating dealing with chat box…. If anyone else uses REX and is finding the lack of support an issue please rate one star. Perhaps they will start paying attention to customers and add a phone number with a real human.

Its a great demo you may be thinking! But do not be drawn in.... We had real problems with this company. Similar to the reviewer below - ZERO UK based support. Tickets being sat on for months (in one case 10 months). The companies attitude also stank when making complaints. We also lost a lot of data when we migrated to them, a real nightmare. The way they then store your data makes it very difficult to leave them to go to another CRM! If you are a small UK estate agent like us then please AVOID! Also - having finally left them 18 months ago they are STILL sending us emails despite us asking to be unsubscribed repeatedly.

Terrible support! While the software is ok and probably has potential, the whole system is hindered by the lack of support. The sales rep sold us the dream and left us high and dry. Support is via an annoying chat bot chat interface inside …

So disappointed and had to pull out of a property purchase due to lack of disclosures. Waste of both mine and vendors time, plus I’m out of pocket having had to pay conveyancing fees. Agent needs to be more transparent and honest to avoid these situations.

What an arrogant and rude fellow running this place ! To be avoided ! So smug and condescending, sneering that 700k was nothing in this area, so he couldn’t help me. Never met such an unpleasant estate agent. Astounding !

Possibly the worst estate agent in the whole of my landlord experience. Slow and inexperienced staff. Avoid at all costs. I am taking them to Property ombudsman service so that will tell you what you need to know.....

Why în the world are you turning on those powerful lights at 10-10.30pm and let them on all night??? No consideration for environment or the residents in the blocks around!!! At least close your blinds, don't let all the light reflect in people's houses and keep children awake! I'm sure no ones actually doing any useful work from those offices at night, just waste and inconsiderate behaviour!

An organisation run by very incompetent management - they’re running more than two years behind on registering land/property so if you’re coming up for a remortgage, it means you can’t remortgage, then they don’t do an urgent expedite when you request it, they don’t respond to any communications as they’re too busy, they don’t respond to complaints because they’re too busy - so it begs the question, what are they actually doing. Again, it’s another lazy government department
